Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end finance projects including transformation initiatives, system implementations and process redesigns, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline and budget.
  • Define project governance, build business cases, manage risks and escalate issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations, retail) and external vendors to secure alignment and deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee testing, deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization across reporting, forecasting, controls and planning workflows.
  • Prepare executive updates, project plans, KPI dashboards and financial impact analyses for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit requirements related to project changes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Proven stakeholder management and change-management capabilities in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with financial modelling and business-case development.
  • Fluent business English; French language skills advantageous (not specified in source).
