Cartier in Paris seeks a Digital Project Intern — High Jewelry to support digital launches, CMS content and cross‑functional coordination for haute joaillerie.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of digital projects for the High Jewelry line, including product launches, online exclusives and editorial campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, product, e‑commerce, visual merchandising, CRM and external agencies) to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project briefs, timelines, status reports and asset trackers; ensure version control and approvals are documented.
  • Contribute to the production and adaptation of digital content: product pages, gallery images, campaign visuals, and editorial copy in coordination with the content team.
  • Assist with CMS updates and quality assurance checks across desktop and mobile product pages prior to go‑live.
  • Support basic digital performance monitoring and reporting (site traffic, conversion indicators, campaign KPIs) and present findings to project leads.
  • Liaise with retouchers, photographers and suppliers to manage asset delivery and technical specifications.
  • Participate in daily project meetings and follow up on action items to maintain momentum and address risks.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Digital Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, E‑commerce or comparable discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and strict timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft clear project briefs and follow up with internal and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA of web content and visual assets.
  • A creative sensibility and genuine interest in luxury jewellery, brand heritage and storytelling.
  • Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English are strongly preferred.

Experience

Internship-level role: no extensive prior experience required; 1 or more prior internships or project experience in digital, e‑commerce or luxury communications is an advantage.
