Design Project Intern
Cartier — Paris: Design Project Intern (Stage) starting July 2026 to support design coordination, prototyping and cross‑functional project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design project team in planning and executing product and collection initiatives from concept through prototype.
- Coordinate cross‑functional interactions with product development, sourcing, production, marketing and retail teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare visual presentations, technical documentation and project trackers; maintain version control for sketches, CAD files and samples.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal workshops on prototype production, fittings and quality reviews; record feedback and action points.
- Conduct trend and materials research to inform concept development and mood boards; contribute creative ideas during design reviews.
- Assist in sample management, packaging of prototypes and logistical tasks required for fittings, photoshoots or client presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Industrial Design, Product Design, Jewellery Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in jewellery and luxury product craftsmanship with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and experience working in cross‑disciplinary teams; ability to communicate design intent clearly in written and visual formats.
- Previous internship or academic project experience in product development, prototyping or design project coordination is advantageous.
