Cartier in Paris seeks a Data Analyst and Project Coordinator (Intern) for the Women's Initiative — internship beginning July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Women's Initiative team with quantitative analysis: clean datasets, calculate KPIs and produce regular reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track programme performance and impact metrics.
  • Coordinate project logistics across cross-functional stakeholders — schedule meetings, track deliverables and follow up on action items.
  • Prepare concise executive summaries and slide decks for internal presentations and steering committees.
  • Conduct research and data-driven benchmarking to inform programme recommendations and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to event and communications support for initiative activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with an ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare professional presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks with discretion.
  • Commitment to issues related to gender initiatives, inclusion or corporate social responsibility is an asset.

Experience

Internship-level role. Previous internships or project experience in analytics, consulting, market research or programme coordination are advantageous but not mandatory.
