Creative Visual Experience Coordinator
Cartier is hiring a Creative Visual Experience Coordinator in Paris to manage visual merchandising operations and administrative coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities for the Creative Visual Experience team, ensuring alignment with brand visual standards.
- Manage logistics for in‑store visual installations, pop‑ups and events, including scheduling, vendor liaison and site preparation.
- Prepare and track purchase orders, budgets and invoices related to visual projects; ensure timely approvals and cost control.
- Maintain and update inventory of visual assets, props and production materials; organise storage and asset deployment across boutiques.
- Act as primary administrative contact between headquarters, regional stores and external suppliers; escalate issues and ensure resolutions.
- Draft clear briefs, specifications and installation plans for visual displays and ensure documentation is archived and accessible.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and travel for the visual team; prepare post‑project reports and performance summaries.
- Support quality control on installations to guarantee compliance with brand guidelines and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, creative production or a related function, preferably within luxury fashion, jewelry or watches.
- Post‑secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Arts, Business or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience managing suppliers and coordinating multi‑site installations or events.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare professional briefs and reports.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or travel for installations and events.

Experience
2–4 years in visual merchandising, retail operations, creative production or a comparable role, ideally within a luxury brand environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design, Arts, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
