Creative Visual Experience Apprentice
Cartier — Paris: Alternance Creative Visual Experience apprentice role in the Creative Visual Experience team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Visual Experience team in developing and executing visual concepts for windows, in-store displays and boutique installations in line with Cartier brand guidelines.
- Prepare moodboards, technical sketches and material specifications to communicate creative proposals to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Assist with the construction, installation and maintenance of displays, coordinating logistics and on-site execution with store teams and contractors.
- Help manage props, display inventory and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of seasonal campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Product teams to ensure visual consistency across channels and contribute to store-level activations and photoshoot preparations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme or equivalent higher-education course in visual merchandising, set design, product design, scenography, fashion communication or related discipline.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a demonstrable interest in luxury retail and high-end product presentation.
- Good organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines during campaign rollouts.
- Physically able to participate in installations and handle display materials; flexible availability to support store fit-outs and events.
- Professional working proficiency in French.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or practical experience in visual merchandising, set design or retail display is advantageous but not mandatory; applicants should demonstrate practical coursework or portfolio work relevant to luxury retail presentation.
Education
Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in visual merchandising, design, scenography, fashion communication or a closely related field; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship status in France.
