Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Communications team in planning and executing integrated brand campaigns across digital, social and offline channels.
- Draft and consolidate creative briefs; coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative studios and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the organisation and logistical coordination of photoshoots, videos and content production (scheduling, supplier liaison, on‑set support).
- Manage project timelines, production calendars and asset tracking to ensure alignment with campaign milestones.
- Prepare presentation materials, align creative deliverables with brand guidelines and contribute to quality control processes.
- Monitor campaign progress and compile post-launch reports and performance summaries for the team.
- Support budget tracking for smaller production items and maintain accurate documentation of invoices and approvals.
- Maintain and organise creative assets in shared repositories to facilitate internal access and reuse.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, marketing, luxury management, visual arts or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury brand communications and creative production processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare clear briefs and presentation materials.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with agencies, studios and cross‑functional internal teams.
- Professional demeanour and attention to detail appropriate to a high‑end luxury maison.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or practical experience (academic projects, agency or in‑house communications) is preferred; prior exposure to brand or luxury communications is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Luxury Management, Visual Arts or equivalent.
