Role & Responsibilities

  • Support cross‑functional continuous improvement projects within the jewelry client services organization, from diagnosis to implementation.
  • Map end‑to‑end client service processes and identify root causes using data analysis and structured problem‑solving techniques.
  • Develop performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track service levels, lead times and quality metrics.
  • Propose and pilot process changes (workflow re‑design, SOPs, touchpoint optimisation) in collaboration with operations, after‑sales and retail teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, prepare project documentation, and present recommendations to senior managers.
  • Support training, change management and communication activities to embed new ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with an aptitude for process diagnosis and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to interact with multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Autonomy, rigor and a pragmatic mindset suited to project work in a luxury client‑facing environment.

Lean / Kaizen methodology Process mapping and root‑cause analysis MS Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint KPI development and dashboarding (Power BI or Tableau advantageous) Project coordination and change management

Experience

Open to students seeking an internship (stage) for academic credit; previous internships or project experience in operations, client services, after‑sales or process improvement are advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level program in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality, or a related field.
