Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Celebrity Talent & Entertainment team in identifying, briefing and nurturing relationships with celebrities, talent and their representatives.
- Coordinate gifting, product loans and delivery logistics for celebrity placements and red-carpet appearances.
- Assist in the preparation of talent briefing materials, contracts, clearances and presentation decks for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Help manage talent calendars and corporate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of engagements, deliverables and usage rights.
- Monitor media coverage and social amplification related to talent partnerships and compile performance summaries and reports.
- Provide onsite support at events, fittings and press opportunities including liaison with talent handlers and on-site logistics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in communications, marketing, luxury brand management, cultural management or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high standards of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury, fashion, entertainment or influencer ecosystems and an understanding of celebrity partnerships.
- Proactive team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external talent representatives.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in PR, talent relations, influencer marketing, events or entertainment is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in luxury and celebrity ecosystems is essential.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed tertiary education (Bachelor's or Master's) in communications, marketing, luxury brand management, cultural or event management, or equivalent.
