Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end business intelligence project activities: requirements collection, solution design, implementation and acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards to monitor commercial KPIs and operational performance.
  • Extract, transform and validate data from source systems to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical specifications.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and produce clear, actionable insights and presentations.
  • Document processes, data dictionaries and user guides; assist in user training and rollout activities.
  • Monitor ongoing data quality, troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT teams to escalate defects or enhancement requests.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field (required for internship status).
  • Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to data accuracy and detail.
  • Practical experience with SQL and advanced Excel; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data transformation/ETL concepts and basic scripting (Python or similar) is advantageous.
  • Good stakeholder communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into business language.
  • Professional command of French and business-level English preferred given the Paris-based role.

Experience

Internship-level role; candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant degree and may have completed previous internships or academic projects in BI, analytics or data engineering. Practical exposure to SQL and dashboarding is expected; 0–2 years of professional experience is acceptable.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a closely related discipline.
