Cartier (Paris) seeks an Assistant Project Manager — Communication & Brand Identity (Alternance): work‑study in brand communications and creative project support.
Overview
Cartier is an internationally renowned luxury maison specialising in high jewellery, watches and accessories and is part of the Richemont group. The brand is recognised for its craftsmanship, refined aesthetics and a global presence across boutiques, ateliers and creative teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Identity and Communication teams in the planning and execution of creative projects across channels (campaigns, visual identity, in-store, digital and events).
- Draft clear creative briefs and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align on concept, timing and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, follow up on production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of assets while tracking budgets and approvals.
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards and asset libraries; adapt visual guidelines to specific executions respecting brand standards.
- Assist with asset management, quality control of visuals and copy, and the handover of materials to retail and digital teams.
- Monitor project milestones and produce status reports, post-mortem analyses and basic performance summaries for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Bac+3/+5 programme in communications, marketing, luxury management, visual communication or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study contract).
- Strong interest in luxury, jewellery or fashion brand identity and a keen visual sensibility.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
- Professional command of French; good working knowledge of English recommended.
- Attention to detail, discretion, proactivity and strong written communication skills.

Experience
Prior internship experience (typically 6–12 months) in a communications department, creative agency or luxury brand is desirable but not mandatory; the role is primarily a work-study position intended for a candidate at the start of their professional career.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Marketing, Luxury Management, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field (alternance/work‑study).
