Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end product projects for accessories, ensuring alignment between design, product development, sourcing, production and commercial teams.
- Establish and manage project timelines, milestones and budgets; track deliverables and escalate risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Drive prototype cycles and material validation, liaising with internal workshops and external suppliers to secure required quality and compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities for accessory components, negotiating schedules and ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports, launch plans and post‑launch reviews to senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Ensure all product developments respect Cartier’s brand standards, technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional product projects in luxury accessories, leather goods, jewellery or fashion.
- Strong organisational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to coordinate design, sourcing, production and commercial teams.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated knowledge of materials, prototyping processes and quality control standards applicable to luxury accessories.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years’ experience in product or project management within the luxury goods sector, ideally with direct exposure to accessories, leather goods or jewellery product development and supplier networks.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering, business, supply chain or a related discipline; advanced degree or specialised training in luxury product development is an asset.
