Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans for makeup product launches across assigned markets.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to generate consumer insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development, retail, and commercial teams to align product positioning and go-to-market timing.
- Assist in the creation of marketing assets and briefing creative teams or external agencies for content production.
- Support influencer and PR activations, coordinate product sampling, and help manage events and trade shows.
- Maintain marketing calendars, product trackers and sample inventories to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to CRM activities and localised digital initiatives to drive brand engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Cosmetics Science or related discipline; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty, cosmetics product development and brand storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise market data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, commercial and retail teams.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years' experience in beauty, fashion or consumer goods marketing. Internship or academic project experience in product marketing or brand roles is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Cosmetics Science or a closely related field; postgraduate study in marketing or luxury brand management is a plus.
