Store Team Leader
Byredo seeks a Store Team Leader in Bicester, Oxfordshire — lead the boutique team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Coach, motivate and develop the sales team through on-the-floor coaching, product training and performance feedback.
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience and personalised clienteling, driving loyalty and high-touch service standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards to reflect Byredo’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, cash handling and daily sales reporting in accordance with company procedures.
- Support recruitment, staff scheduling and rostering to ensure appropriate coverage during peak trading periods.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, loss-prevention and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in luxury retail, cosmetics or fragrance environments.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for high-level client relationship management.
- Strong organisational skills and numerical literacy for basic financial and KPI reporting.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and seasonal peaks.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience within luxury retail or premium beauty/fragrance retail environments, with proven sales leadership and people-management outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or fashion/beauty disciplines preferred.
