Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques for niche brands such as Byredo, L'Artisan Parfumeur, and Penhaligon's.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to ensure alignment of training content with brand strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications
