Creative Operations Coordinator
Byredo in Stockholm seeks a Temporary Creative Operations Coordinator to manage creative production, asset workflows and vendor coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end creative production workflows for seasonal launches and ongoing collections, ensuring on-time delivery of artwork, packaging and digital assets.
- Serve as the operational liaison between design, product development, marketing and external suppliers to translate creative briefs into production-ready specifications.
- Maintain and organise the digital asset library, version control and file naming conventions to guarantee brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Manage creative calendars, track milestones and escalate risks; prepare project status reports and provide administrative support for cross-functional meetings.
- Conduct quality checks on artwork, layouts and specs prior to print or manufacture and support post-production troubleshooting with vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion, Design, Visual Communication, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven organisational aptitude with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent creative projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to file/version control and quality assurance for creative deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in creative operations, production coordination or studio management within fashion, beauty or luxury goods; experience working with external vendors and production houses is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion, Design, Visual Communication, Business, or a related field.
