Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute brand-enhancing visual presentations across Burberry stores in Japan, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage activities based on guidelines tailored to local market specifications.
  • Conduct regular store visits to support sales growth through effective visual merchandising.
  • Partner with Store Managers and staff to support business trends with strategic visual displays.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising integrity for business events such as new launches and collections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail, Merchandising, and store management teams.
  • Provide ongoing training to store staff on visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.

Skills

Strong creative ability with a talent for researching and communicating key visual ideas. Proficiency in interfacing with internal and external personnel at all levels. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and advanced-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required.
