Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive sales for assigned categories, collaborating with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training.
- Coach and provide feedback to ensure the delivery of the full Burberry Experience to all customers.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations teams.
- Conduct real-time coaching and feedback sessions post-transaction and client interaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and retain talent through performance reviews and development plans.
- Integrate new employees into the business effectively.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
- Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training within the store.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Handle post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of store management.
- Promote the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security measures.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency in handling complex customer service issues.
- Fluency in professional dialogue with clients and staff.
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
