Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive sales for assigned categories, collaborating with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training.
  • Coach and provide feedback to ensure the delivery of the full Burberry Experience to all customers.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations teams.
  • Conduct real-time coaching and feedback sessions post-transaction and client interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and retain talent through performance reviews and development plans.
  • Integrate new employees into the business effectively.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training within the store.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Handle post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of store management.
  • Promote the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security measures.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • Proficiency in handling complex customer service issues.
  • Fluency in professional dialogue with clients and staff.
  • Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.

Skills

Experience

1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
