Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance sales performance through strategic partnerships with store management, consistently achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Analyze store performance and KPIs, reporting on business trends and competitor performance to drive growth.
  • Lead and support activities to achieve store objectives, building familiarity with the local market and clientele.
  • Guide a high-performing, customer-focused team, setting performance targets and driving productivity.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in all product categories.
  • Model exceptional client experience, developing long-term relationships with top clients.
  • Monitor CRM database to assist in executing company initiatives and drive client outreach.
  • Ensure consistent product knowledge and training across the store team, taking ownership of commercial training.
  • Develop and retain talented employees through recognition, development plans, and performance reviews.
  • Create a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and healthy competition.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, driving sales and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Commercial awareness with exposure to sales-related KPIs.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury service expectations.

Skills

Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Genuine interest in fashion and styling with excellent product knowledge. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve. Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems, comfortable with digital tools.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail, focusing on sales and customer service excellence.
