Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Maintain a tidy back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
- Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report issues through Ask services.
- Perform administrative tasks including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and managing orders.
- Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other tasks as requested by store management.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
