Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock orders and ensuring accuracy.
- Support the sales team by promptly retrieving stock, including Omnichannel and stock pullback requests.
- Maintain a tidy and organized back-of-house environment compliant with Retail Operations standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report any concerns promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks including telephone calls, customer service inquiries, stationery, and general office duties.
- Provide support for store events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations or a similar field is preferred.
