Store Operations Assistant

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including for omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Maintain a tidy and compliant back of house in line with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
- Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report issues through Ask services.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and handling orders.
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a busy team environment.

Previous experience in a retail or inventory management role is preferred.
