Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and verifying stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team by efficiently retrieving stock, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintain a tidy and compliant back-of-house area in accordance with Retail Operations and Standards.
  • Conduct quality control on all products, reporting any issues to the store lead.
  • Assist with aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational, promptly addressing any concerns through Ask services.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including answering telephone calls, liaising with customer service, and managing stationary and supermarket orders.
  • Support store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP is desirable.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a busy environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
