Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Partner to HR and Responsibility to manage the creation of content and storytelling related to Burberry’s People Priorities and Responsibility agenda.
- Co-create and develop the Internal Communications Strategy for Corporate Responsibility to engage and inspire colleagues globally.
- Work with the Corporate Responsibility team to develop and activate carbon transition plan communications and training.
- Partner with stakeholders to embed Responsibility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion key messages into Burberry’s Corporate channels.
- Implement closed loop activity by providing measurement and insight into the effectiveness of internal communications and colleague engagement.
- Create and manage internal PowerPoint presentations, speaking notes for colleague engagement events, internal briefing notes, newsletters, and deliver engaging content.
- Collaborate with Retail Excellence to embed messaging across HR and Responsibility activities and co-create bespoke content for Rspace.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and create strong relationships across teams.
- Experience in report writing and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to create compelling creative content such as videos, panel discussions, podcasts, broadcasts, and web pages.
- Experience working with digital channels including SharePoint.
- Strong Internal Communications and Employee Engagement experience.
- Experience supporting strategy development and managing communications/design/digital agencies.
- Passion for the brand and understanding of the luxury/fashion industry.
