Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and loyalty.
  • Deliver luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Support the Store Manager in handling customer complaints when necessary.
  • Elevate the client experience by ensuring a seamless client journey from initial impression to closing the sale.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
  • Coach Client Advisors in clientelling, service skills, and relationship-building with top clients.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on top clients and new client acquisition.
  • Work by appointment to provide personalized service and promote client loyalty.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clientelling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
  • Experience working as part of a team.

Skills

Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable. Additional language skills are advantageous. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling. Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.

Experience

A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets, with previous experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of retail operations.
