Burberry seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Seoul, South Korea to cultivate VIP relationships and drive luxury retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience for a discerning luxury clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively manage client portfolios through appointment booking, bespoke clienteling, follow-up and post‑sale care to maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through strategic client outreach, conversion and upselling of complementary product categories.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale and CRM systems accurately; manage stock, returns and client orders in accordance with store procedures.
  • Coordinate and represent the brand at in‑store events, private appointments and client‑focused activations.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues, sharing best practices in service excellence and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Commercial acumen, numeracy and meticulous attention to detail in transaction handling and client records.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and readiness to travel locally for client events if required.
  • Professional presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.

Secondary education; vocational or retail sales qualifications and/or hospitality or fashion retail training preferred but not mandatory.
