Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences.
- Act as a quality control supervisor ensuring memorable customer interactions.
- Partner with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals.
- Lead a high-performing, service-oriented team and provide necessary coaching.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and attention.
- Drive collaboration between sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates post-interaction.
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition and performance reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement Burberry Experience training.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of management.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance in-store experiences.
- Communicate business needs and ideas effectively to elevate the business.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
