Sales Floor Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales floor activities to ensure high customer service standards and drive sales goals.
• Lead and train sales staff to deliver optimal customer service.
• Support the store manager with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Maintain personal appearance in line with brand standards and dress code.
• Understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Collect and maintain customer data for a client database.
• Handle phone reservations, inquiries, and in-store promotions effectively.
• Manage customer complaints following established procedures.
• Ensure accurate stock levels and participate in inventory counts.
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and described.
• Assist with merchandise delivery as needed.
• Execute all sales processes, including refunds, exchanges, and VAT procedures.
• Utilize store management systems for documentation and inventory management.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and participate in related training.
• Engage in staff training and store meetings.
• Maintain store cleanliness and complete tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above.
• Strong product knowledge and excellent sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Three or more years of retail experience, preferably in branded apparel or accessories.
