Role & Responsibilities

  • Embrace the Burberry Experience, adhering to company training guidelines to reflect the brand's luxury image.
  • Consistently achieve personal sales targets based on the Burberry code of conduct.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new clients, transforming them into loyal customers.
  • Utilize the Client Book to drive sales and invite clients back to the store via email.
  • Implement visual merchandising techniques in line with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with monthly floorset plans.
  • Maintain store readiness at the start and end of each day, ensuring all products are replenished and displayed correctly.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and event assistance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury or related industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; preference for fashion-related degrees.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is advantageous.
  • Experience in luxury sales or service is preferred.
  • Interest in fashion and design.

Skills

Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with all staff. Flexibility to adapt to change while maintaining a positive demeanor. Understanding of POS and store systems.

Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in the luxury or related industry is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; preference for candidates with a fashion-related degree.
