Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales targets by implementing key retail growth strategies and leveraging franchise, operational efficiency, and department category development.
- Embrace and adhere to the Burberry Experience in all interactions, maintaining relationships with existing clients while developing new clientele.
- Achieve personal sales goals consistently, guided by Burberry's training guidelines and code of conduct.
- Provide exceptional customer service using excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Actively engage with clients to foster loyalty and invite them for store revisits using updated client books and email outreach.
- Apply visual techniques in compliance with company guidelines, including executing monthly floorsets and maintaining product presentation standards.
- Ensure readiness to welcome customers at the start of the day and maintain product replenishment for the next day's sales.
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor and ensure fitting rooms are kept clean.
- Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and sales events.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in the luxury or related industry.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
- High school diploma or higher education, with preference for fashion-related degrees.
- Experience in luxury sales or service is advantageous.
