Role & Responsibilities

  • Embrace and exemplify the Burberry Experience, adhering to training guidelines and brand standards.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets while demonstrating Burberry Behaviours.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit strong selling skills.
  • Cultivate customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book, ensuring compliance with Cultivate activities.
  • Adhere to visual standards by implementing company policies and maintaining the selling floor.
  • Ensure the selling floor is prepared for customers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist in the markdown and bi-annual inventory processes.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including stock room maintenance and organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
  • Strong clienteling background.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Results-driven with a flexible approach to change. Strong interest in fashion and design.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment, with proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets.
