Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales targets by implementing key retail growth strategies and leveraging franchise, operational efficiency, and departmental category development.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones, ensuring the Burberry Experience is embraced and adhered to in every interaction.
- Consistently achieve personal sales goals based on the Burberry Code of Conduct.
- Provide exceptional customer service through outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Actively engage in client cultivation, transforming prospects into loyal customers.
- Utilize the Client Book for sales activities and invite clients for store revisits via email.
- Adhere to Burberry's visual standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
- Maintain floor presence and ensure the store is ready for business at the start and end of each day.
- Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and sales events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury or related industry.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
- High school diploma or higher education; a degree in fashion or related field is advantageous.
- Experience in luxury sales or service is preferred.
