Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual and store sales targets by implementing key retail growth strategies and leveraging franchise, operational efficiency, and departmental category development.
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones, ensuring the Burberry Experience is embraced and adhered to in every interaction.
  • Consistently achieve personal sales goals based on the Burberry Code of Conduct.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Actively engage in client cultivation, transforming prospects into loyal customers.
  • Utilize the Client Book for sales activities and invite clients for store revisits via email.
  • Adhere to Burberry's visual standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  • Maintain floor presence and ensure the store is ready for business at the start and end of each day.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and sales events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
  • High school diploma or higher education; a degree in fashion or related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in luxury sales or service is preferred.

Experience
