Role & Responsibilities

• Embrace and implement the Burberry Experience, adhering to luxury brand standards and training guidelines.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets while demonstrating Burberry Behaviours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit strong selling skills.
• Develop and maintain customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
• Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book.
• Adhere to visual standards by following company policies and procedures, ensuring the selling floor meets Burberry guidelines.
• Ensure the selling floor is replenished and ready for customers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist in back-of-house operations, including markdown processes and inventory management.
• Participate in store contests and pre-sale goals.
• Maintain stock room organization and ensure orderly stock management.

Skills

Experience
