Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead client advisors to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales for specific categories and ensure effective team training.
  • Supervise a high-performing, customer-focused team, ensuring delivery of the Burberry Experience.
  • Manage customer flow to provide exemplary service and ensure no client is unattended.
  • Facilitate teamwork on the selling floor between client advisors, specialists, and operations staff.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff post-interaction with clients.
  • Work with the Store Manager to develop and retain talent through performance reviews and development plans.
  • Integrate new employees into the business effectively.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training within the store.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • In absence of store management, handle post-void transactions and authorize discounts.
  • Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital communication tools.
  • Understand and communicate business needs and ideas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of POS systems. Ability to handle complex customer service issues. Proficient in professional communication with clients and staff. Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
