Role & Responsibilities

- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management as required.
- Process transactions and authorize discounts in the absence of store management.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital communication tools.
- Understand and communicate business needs and ideas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
