Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a quality control supervisor ensuring memorable customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead a customer-focused team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure the Burberry Experience.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
  • Foster collaboration on the selling floor between sales associates and the operations team.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and post-transaction feedback to associates.
  • Develop and retain talent through recognition and performance reviews.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
  • Partner with management to oversee Burberry Experience training.
  • Set goal expectations and deliver performance feedback in collaboration with management.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Handle store operations in the absence of management, including transaction processing.
  • Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
  • Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of POS systems. Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
