Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience on every customer interaction, consistently upholding brand standards and behaviours.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain a detailed client book; execute clienteling activities including follow-up, reactivation and invitation communications.
- Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards: execute monthly floorsets, replenish merchandise, fold and present product correctly, and ensure ticketing is discreet.
- Provide polished floor presence from the beginning to the end of shift; manage fitting room upkeep and ensure the sales floor is customer-ready.
- Support back-of-house operations: assist with markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stockroom organisation and pre-sale goals.
- Use POS and store systems accurately for transactions, client capture and capture compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems and demonstrable clienteling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Positive, results-driven attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing retail priorities.
Skills
Experience
At least one year in a sales role, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion retail and who can demonstrate successful client development and consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer-service related training preferred.
