Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Maintain the back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
- Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report concerns through Ask services immediately.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, liaising with customer service, and managing stationary and supermarket orders.
- Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as requested by store management.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail operations or inventory management role is preferred.
