Burberry seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor (24 hrs) in Florence (Via de' Tornabuoni) to deliver personalised luxury service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences aligned with Burberry’s brand standards and clienteling strategy.
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with clients through calls, appointments and digital channels to drive repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and assist clients with styling, fittings and after-sales service.
  • Operate POS/EPOS systems accurately; manage transactions, refunds and client records in the CRM.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects Burberry presentation and stock standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and stockroom organisation.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and team meetings; be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and strong verbal English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Right to work in Italy.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and a service-oriented demeanour.
  • Strong numerical literacy and experience with sales targets and basic retail KPIs.
  • Excellent presentation, grooming and communication skills appropriate for a luxury environment.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, with demonstrable success in client development and meeting sales targets.

Secondary education (high school diploma); tertiary studies in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline are advantageous.
