Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle from concept to market exit, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
- Develop and present the seasonal range plan, including pricing architecture and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage raw material bookings with precision, ensuring system accuracy and executive-level reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, collaborating with Planning for commercial actions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning teams.
- Integrate market feedback into data-driven product decisions and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage and develop an Assistant Merchandiser, providing leadership and support for their professional growth.
- Ensure operational excellence in seasonal tools, reporting, and PLM data accuracy.
- Support market training initiatives and enhance operational processes to boost team efficiency.
