Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess business objectives, risks, and controls to deliver insightful, well-evidenced audit work across global operations.
  • Design and execute testing to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, documenting results to a high professional standard.
  • Prepare clear audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations, and ensure progress and insights are shared with stakeholders.
  • Engage with steering groups and senior partners to stay informed about emerging risks and business developments.
  • Follow up on actions and collaborate with teams to support timely remediation and ensure a 'no surprises' audit experience.

Qualifications

  • Professional audit or accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, IIA).

Skills

Strong analytical judgment and written clarity. Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Comfortable working with changing priorities and managing multiple reviews with care and precision. Knowledge of business processes, risk principles, and IT general controls. Experience with SAP or retail environments is beneficial.

Experience

Experience delivering risk-based audits across operational or financial processes, ideally within complex organizations.
