Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in implementing procedures to streamline operations and safeguard the store.
- Ensure adherence to store and company administrative systems to minimize losses, including Omnichannel and stock pull back.
- Optimize space and stock management in the back of house to enhance productivity and reduce stock loss.
- Lead and develop the stockroom team to drive store standards and improve client experience.
- Manage aftersales processes, coordinating with tailors and external vendors to enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee front-of-house stock replenishment, including packaging and props, to support client experience.
- Collaborate with Retail Standards and Operations on store issues such as deliveries, dispatches, and maintenance.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the Asset and Profit Protection team to reduce shrinkage.
- Support inventory control and collaborate with marketing, client engagement, and merchandising teams.
- Maintain high standards of cleaning, maintenance, and Health and Safety compliance.
- Manage cash office operations to ensure adherence to payment procedures.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Previous administration and cash handling experience
- Experience with SAP is desirable
