Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive sales for the assigned category, collaborating with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training.
  • Manage a high-performing, customer-focused team, ensuring the delivery of the Burberry Experience.
  • Oversee customer flow to guarantee exceptional service and ensure no client is unattended.
  • Facilitate collaboration on the sales floor among sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates following transactions and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and retain talent through performance recognition and reviews.
  • Integrate new employees into the business effectively.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
  • Partner with the Store Manager and Training to lead Burberry Experience training within the store.
  • Resolve challenging customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Handle post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of store management.
  • Promote the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and communicate needs and ideas effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing the premises and managing POS procedures.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • Proficiency in handling complex customer service issues.
  • Fluency in professional dialogue with clients and staff.
  • Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.

Experience
