Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales for specific categories and ensure team training.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and manage customer flow to enhance the Burberry Experience.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, and operations teams on the sales floor.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates post-transaction and client interactions.
  • Support the Store Manager in talent development and retention through performance reviews and development plans.
  • Integrate new employees into the business and lead by example in delivering the Burberry Experience.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training within the store.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Oversee digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security and POS processes.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of POS systems. Proficiency in handling complex customer service issues. Strong communication skills with clients and staff. Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.

Experience

1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales is required.
