Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales for specific categories and ensure team training.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and manage customer flow to enhance the Burberry Experience.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, and operations teams on the sales floor.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates post-transaction and client interactions.
- Support the Store Manager in talent development and retention through performance reviews and development plans.
- Integrate new employees into the business and lead by example in delivering the Burberry Experience.
- Partner with Store Manager and Training to oversee Burberry Experience training within the store.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Oversee digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security and POS processes.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
