Client Engagement Assistant
Burberry is hiring a Client Engagement Assistant in Seoul to manage CRM, appointments and VIP client communications for the retail team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support client engagement activities for the store, including appointment booking, confirmations and timely follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client profiles, interaction histories and sales opportunities.
- Deliver personalised communications via phone, email and messaging to nurture client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Process sales administration tasks: order entry, invoicing, shipment tracking and returns in coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinate VIP experiences, private viewings and in-store events in partnership with store leadership and visual merchandising.
- Prepare regular clienteling and engagement reports, highlight actionable insights and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Uphold strict client confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling high-net-worth clientele and sensitive information.
- Provide operational support to the retail team as required, including stock checks and ensuring service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end service environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished telephone and written etiquette.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated discretion and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic numeracy and administrative competence.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years' experience in luxury retail, client services or concierge roles is preferred, ideally with direct exposure to CRM-driven clienteling and servicing high-value clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, business or communications is preferred.
