Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, fostering a deep desire for Burberry products.
  • Deliver luxury service with expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
  • Guide clients through the Burberry client journey, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
  • Cultivate teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, promoting loyalty and incremental purchases.
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a commercial focus.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
