Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, fostering desire and loyalty.
  • Deliver luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
  • Guide clients through the store experience, ensuring a memorable initial impression and closing sales effectively.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-up.
  • Contribute to store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
  • Adhere to company policies and visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Work by appointment to provide personalized service and grow the client book.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations. Understanding of competitor products. Experience working as part of a team.
