Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
  • Drive category performance and ensure comprehensive understanding of new collections.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying Burberry's service standards.
  • Manage customer flow on the sales floor to ensure attentive service.
  • Provide real-time guidance and support to colleagues on the sales floor.
  • Assist in talent development through feedback and training support.
  • Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience and team performance.
  • Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, POS, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of POS systems and comfort with digital tools, including Apple devices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong client focus, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Genuine passion for fashion and styling, with a keen interest in luxury products.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service is required.
