Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and appointment conversion.
  • Manage in-store client appointments, private viewings and personal shopping experiences to the brand's standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in the CRM; leverage client data to drive repeat business and personalised communications.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure cash-handling and reconciliation comply with store procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain product presentation, stock replenishment and inventory integrity on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events and product launches while adhering to brand compliance and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or premium fashion sales; demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Polished presentation, professional demeanour and deep product knowledge across luxury apparel and accessories.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a variable schedule including evenings and weekends as required by retail operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
