Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, fostering desire and loyalty.
- Provide luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Follow the client journey to elevate the in-store experience, from initial impression to after-sales service.
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining high luxury standards, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty.
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a commercial mindset.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clientelling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
- Understanding of competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
